- First dibs on tickets for A Christmas Carol! No need to wait until the One Day Sale – starting in August, subscribers get a discount that is equal to or better than discounts offered to the general public during the One Day Sale in September.
- Pay no order fees for added tickets. Want to bring some friends to a show? Buy additional seats for shows to which you are subscribed and pay no extra fees.
- Subscribers can take advantage of $5 off on non-seasonal programming on our stages
- Subscribers receive three half-price digital coupons which they may use on the purchase of additional tickets for subscription series performances.
Perks for Seated Subscribers
- Free ticket exchange: Seated subscribers may exchange their tickets an unlimited number of times subject to our Exchange policies.
- Missed Show Insurance: If a seated subscriber misses their show or their window to exchange their tickets Missed Show Insurance allows them to call the Box Office or visit in person on the day they wish to attend and book complimentary tickets subject to availability.
Perks for Flex Subscribers
- Flex Subscribers receive one free exchange per ticket as long as it is exchanged into the same show it was originally booked into. Additional exchanges for each ticket will result in a $5 per ticket exchange fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
As a season subscriber, you have access to unlimited exchanges on your tickets, subject to a few rules:
- You must contact us to exchange prior to 12:30pm on the day that you’re currently scheduled to see the show.
- You can only exchange a ticket for a show to a different day of the same show, not to a different show altogether.
- If you would like to move your seats into seating section/ performance date that is more expensive than your current seat, you are responsible for covering the difference. Please reference our Wilson Stage Seating Chart or Fielding Stage Seating Chart for section seating information.
- Please note that seating is subject to availability on the date of the performance you’re looking to move into. We can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to move into every day of a performance.

You may also submit a request by calling our Box Office at (585) 232-4382 and speaking to a representative. When our Box Office is closed, access our Subscriber Exchange Voicemail by calling the number above and leave specific details regarding an exchange you’d like to make. Please include your first and last name on your account, the show title, performance date listed on your ticket, and performance time, as well as the new performance date, time, preferred seating section, and preferred method of delivery in your message.
Flex Subscribers are provided with six performance vouchers (per Flex Subscription package), each of which can be redeemed for a ticket to one of our shows. Once you book a ticket with one of these vouchers, that ticket becomes locked into the show it was booked for. Should this date no longer work for you, each ticket may be exchanged into another date of the same show just once, for free as long as you exchange prior to 12:30pm the day you are scheduled to see the show. Every additional exchange past the initial free one incurs a $5 per ticket exchange fee.

We send you your subscription tickets in July. At that point you can make any performance exchanges or book your Flex tickets.

There are two renewal deadlines to keep in mind:
- The first deadline is our Early Bird period which ends on the date we announce our new season each spring. Please note that this deadline for the 24/25 season has passed.
- The second deadline is several weeks after we announce the upcoming season and when we release your seats if you have yet to renew. Please note that this deadline for the 24/25 season has passed.

Early Bird is a loyalty discount that rewards subscribers for renewing on faith prior to the announcement of the next season’s shows. Each year we offer this discount to all subscribers before we announce our next season. The Early Bird period will end on the date we announce the new season and regular renewal rates will take effect. Please note that this deadline for the 24/25 season has passed.
Please call our Box Office at 585-232-4382 to submit a Seat Change Request. Please keep in mind the following while submitting a request:
- Please call sooner rather than later to ensure we can work with your specific request.
- Geva makes every effort to fulfill your requests. Allowing for flexibility gives us more to work with and can improve your chance of getting close to what you have in mind. Please provide as much information if your request to allow us to work with your Seat Change Request.
- At the time of your request, an associate will ask you for additional preferences.
Orders are processed in the order received. We thank you for your patience during our Seat Change Request process.
Depending on the specifics of your Change Request, we may or may not be able to reassign you seats at the time of your request. In instances when this is the case, we will do our best to fulfill them after the renewal deadline has passed. You must call our Box Office at 585-232-4382 to submit a Change Request.
Please be patient with these requests, you will receive your updated package with your newly assigned seats in July.
Geva does not send out calls to notify our subscribers about their seating arrangements. If we have your email on file, or you provide us with one, we will send you an email confirmation that your request has been fulfilled. Please view our Wilson Stage Seating Chart or Fielding Stage Seating Chart when you receive your tickets in July to reference which seats you have.

If you haven’t registered for My Account before, register as a new customer.
- The email address you use to log in is the one we have for you on file for you or the one you will make a new registration/purchase
- If registering for the first time, you will be prompted to verify your email. Once you do this, you can log in.
- Once you have successfully logged in you may access details of your account such as order history, contact preferences & tickets.
You may also renew your Seated Subscriptions when renewal season is open.
- Once you have successfully logged in, click on Fixed Subscriptions and you will see your held seats for renewal.
- Click on Buy Subscriptions and enter the number of seats (packages) you have this year, then click Next.
- This is your series performance, it is auto selected, just click Next.
- The map showing your seats, again pre-selected for you, click Next.
- The price level of your seats. The default is Adult. If you are a Senior/Veteran/Educator rate, click on the Adult and choose Senior/Vet/Educator in the dropdown.
- The overview of your subscription is shown, click Checkout.
Yes, please note that Geva processes all subscriptions manually. Please allow upwards of two/three weeks after we receive your renewal for us to process your payment. All subscriptions are stamped according to the date on the postmark, or on the date of your call if you renewed by phone. If your payment has not been processed by the time of the renewal deadline yet you mailed or called in your subscription renewal, you need not worry.
