Comp Policy
- Requests within 24 hours of a performance may not be honored.
- Full-Time Staff Members get a total of 6 comps. 2 are specially designated for the Opening Night of every show and the other 4 are available for any performance during first three weeks of the run of Ring of Fire, first three weeks of the run a Wilson Stage show, and the first two weeks of the run of a Fielding Stage show.
- Part-Time Staff Members get a total of 4 comps. 2 are specially designated for the Opening Night of every show and the other 2 are available for any performance during first three weeks of the run a Wilson Stage show, and the first two weeks of the run of a Fielding Stage show.
- Over-Hire Staff Members get 2 comps which are available for any performance during first three weeks of the run a Wilson Stage show, and the first two weeks of the run of a Fielding Stage show.
- Requests for tickets beyond the first three weeks of the run a Wilson Stage show, and the first two weeks of the run of a Fielding Stage show will be booked at the discretion of the Box Office Manager based on availability. Requests may not be approved or denied until 24 hrs prior to the requested performance. (Excludes Guest Artists)
- To avoid confusion at Will Call, if your comp ticket(s) are being used by someone else please be sure to note this on the form under “Will-Call Name.”
- Once booked your complimentary tickets will be available for pick up starting two hours prior to your requested performance.
- Comp tickets not picked up by 30 minutes prior to curtain will be released and resold in the event of a sell-out performance.
- Complimentary tickets are not eligible for Prime or Premium seating.
Half-Price Policy
- Requests within 24 hours of a performance may not be honored.
- Full-Time Staff Members get a total of 10 half-price tickets.
- Part-Time and Over-Hire Staff Members get a total of 6 half-price tickets.
- Once booked half-price tickets can be picked up anytime prior to the performance.
- To avoid confusion at Will Call, if your half-price ticket(s) are being used by someone else please be sure to note this on the form under “Will-Call Name.”
- Half-price tickets are not at any risk of being released.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused half-price tickets.
- Half-price tickets may be requested for any performance during the run of a show.
