Ticket Policy

Refund Policy for Ticket Purchases:
All sales are final. Except in the case of a canceled performance, there will be NO REFUNDS. Single Ticket Exchanges may be made for the same production with at least 24-hours advance notice to the box office. Fees apply. No exchanges can be made from one production to another. If a ticket is returned to the box office at least 24 hours before curtain, the cost of that ticket may be listed as a tax-deductible donation in your name.

Refund for Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of a show cancellation by Geva Theatre Center due to inclement weather, Geva will exchange your tickets for another performance. If you are unable to attend one of the remaining shows, a refund of your tickets is an available option, but we ask that you consider supporting Geva Theatre Center by either choosing a different show or by making a contribution to the theatre in the amount of your tickets. If neither of those options is acceptable, we will be happy to refund your tickets.
If You Have a Scheduling Conflict

Subscriber Tickets:
Per your free exchange benefit, you may exchange your tickets to attend on a different day up until noon on your scheduled performance date. If you don’t know when you can reschedule yet, we can put your tickets on credit and you may reschedule later for another performance of Queen. Exchanges are free, however we will ask you to pay any subscription price difference if your new performance or seat location is a higher price. Exchange by calling the box office at (585) 232-4382. When we are closed, you may leave us a message (prompt 2) or submit your exchange request online here.

Non-subscription Tickets:
You may exchange your tickets to attend on a different day, up until 48 hours before your performance date. There is a re-seat fee of up to $15 per ticket to exchange, plus all applicable upgrades if you exchange into a higher priced performance. Exchanges by phone or in person only.
