Prince Gomolvilas

Prince Gomolvilas’s work includes Big Hunk o’ Burnin’ Love, a groundbreaking comedy about a Thai-American family; The Theory of Everything, a Pan-Asian Story which premiered at Singapore Repertory Theatre and won the PEN Center USA Literary Award for Drama; Mysterious Skin, an adaptation of the socially urgent cult novel by Scott Heim; and The Brothers Paranormal, a genre-bending supernatural thriller which was developed by Geva Theatre Center and produced off-Broadway by Pan Asian Repertory Theatre. Geva also commissioned Panorama as part of its “Rochester Stories” program. As a TV writer, Prince is the co-creator of a Japanese sci-fi mystery series which is currently in development at Amazon Studios. As an educator, he was the Associate Director of the multidisciplinary Master of Professional Writing Program at the University of Southern California, where he was also an Assistant Professor in Writing.
